According to a new study, US adults under 50 prefer to access
digital banking services using their
smartphone rather than opting for a PC or a tablet. The research also
demonstrated that those over 50, in contrast, are more likely to use a computer
to process financial transactions.
They are less eager to select their mobile phone and the majority of
this age group have never utilised a tablet. The frequency of use of a computer
for all age demographics was the same. Similar percentages revealed that they
never used this device or they have utilised one only a few times a year. Moreover,
a tablet was the least favoured option to conduct financial
transactions among all age groups.
