Amazon Restaurants is going to stop its operations

On-demand meal delivery is a highly competitive business and it seems that “Amazon Restaurants” has decided to leave this sector. This service has been operating for Prime members in more than 20 cities across the US for four years. It will deliver its last meals to customers on the 24^th of June. This decision to stop this meal delivery solution has come six months after its two-year run in London has ceased. However, Amazon has not lost interest in this industry. It recently led a $575 million funding campaign for the meal-delivery service Deliveroo which works in markets in Europe and Asia.
