7-Eleven launches voice ordering through Amazon and Google Home

The convenience store 7-Eleven has announced the launch of an innovative feature. Called 7Voice, it allows consumers to access its delivery app via the voice-controlled smart speakers of Google Home or Amazon Echo. They can open the application, order a wide variety of beverages, fresh and hot food, snacks, cosmetics and other home products through voice commands. They can even benefit from delivery services within 30 minutes. Additionally, the 7Now app is equipped with a feature that identifies the customers’ location automatically and places the order from the nearest 7-Eleven store.
