Walmart cancels his grocery delivery e-commerce unit

Last year, Walmart introduced a fresh grocery delivery unit. It also involved a seafood program. The firm has decided that it will be closing the e-commerce facility called Jet. This has resulted in the loss of up to 300 jobs. Nonetheless, the retail giant will keep selling dry groceries and more merchandises in New York and other metro locations. Speaking about this, a spokesperson advanced, “We learned a lot by testing Jet fresh grocery delivery in New York City”.  He also asserted that they will look into this venture in other markets.

Walmart is closing Jet delivery service
