Covid-19 has led to more people buying online

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an increase in UK customers ordering on the web and using online payment solutions. This is not a surprise since the country is under lockdown and high street shops have closed their doors. So, people have no option but to turn towards e-commerce. 43% of consumers have admitted that they have increased their online shopping habits because they can no longer access high street stores. Another one fifth revealed that they tried using this facility for the first time.
