Mamas & Papas introduces a free personal shopping service

Becoming parents for the first time can be a daunting experience. You may feel a bit lost and confused about what to get for the baby. To help you out, Mamas and Papas has introduced a new service. This firm is a retail company offering prams, pushchairs, car seats, nursery furniture, baby clothing and toys & gifts.

It has now launched an online personal shopping solution. Parents can book free one-hour sessions with the brand's personal shopper. They will interact via video calls to talk and get advice about the products on offer. The employee will be in-store and will answer all questions. The retailer advances that this facility is great for pregnant women also since they will be able to get inspiration and guidance without even leaving the house. Currently, there are hundreds of one-hour appointments on offer every day from 10.30am - 6pm.

Alex Holt, the firm’s Marketing Director, said, “There’s never been a more relevant time to embrace our community and be there for new and expectant parents”.  Moreover, he advanced that this online service will be available even after restrictions have been lifted since it suits the need of busy parents. Mamas & Papas is also planning to launch free virtual Parents to Be group sessions to help mums and dads find their feet alongside others in a similar position.
