Considering that customers are leaning towards online shopping services, companies are
enhancing the way they operate. Borough
Market, which was already offering home delivery facilities, has added a
drive-through option. Called, “Click & Collect By Car”, it allows
clients to pick up their products without leaving their vehicle. They just have
to book a slot and drive into the collection area which can be accessed via
Bedale Street. A Borough
Market staff member, equipped with a mask and gloves, will load the
items into the clients’ car boot.
