Apple makes its stores safer to shop

The iPhone 12 and 12 Pro have just been rolled out by Apple and if you are a bit worried about visiting stores to get one, you will be pleased to know that the firm has introduced appropriate security features.

First of all, this is the first flagship phone launch of the company since the Covid-19 outbreak. While there are traditionally long queues outside stores, this time the tech giant has made sure that fans will be able to shop safely. It has implemented social distancing regulations, a new appointments system and express pick-up options at some locations. Moreover, the shops will have “Shopping Sessions”. This allows customers to book a one-on-one slot with an Apple Store employee to get recommendations on the products that they want to buy. This will ensure that clients are safe but they can also enjoy the ultimate ‘Apple experience’.

Moreover, the firm is also going to operate two Apple Express pick-up sites in the UK. They will be at its White City and Stratford Apple stores in London. Customers will be able to go there to pick up their online orders and to buy popular accessories as well.

Speaking about the Internet, it should be noted that even those using the firm’s e-commerce website will be able to benefit from experts’ advice. They will have the opportunity to chat with specialists before completing a purchase.
