High street: more on how stores are operating

As a previous article advanced, high street stores are closed following government regulations. Nonetheless, you can still purchase from brands via their digital shops since click and collect and home delivery services are being offered. This post will look at the operations of Argos and John Lewis.

Argos
All of its stores, except for supermarkets, across the UK are closed. Nonetheless, stores in Sainsbury’s outlets are operating on a click and collect basis. This means that you can order online, process the payment and then pick up your acquisitions. Additionally, Argos is conducting a sale on items in the homeware department. There is up to 20% off on bedroom products, furniture and other related appliances.

John Lewis
This brand has closed all of its stores in the UK. However, customers can still benefit from home delivery and click and collect facilities. Products can be picked up at John Lewis, Waitrose and several other locations. Clients are being reminded that they have until the 28th of January to return unwanted Christmas gifts. It should be noted that its click and collect service is free for orders costing £30. Otherwise, there is a fee of £2. Similarly, there are no delivery charges for purchases over £50.
