E-commerce: last few mistakes by business owners

This post will explore the last few mistakes that e-commerce business owners make.

Customer Service
Retaining a customer is easier than getting a new one. To make sure that a shopper comes back to your store, all you need to do is to keep him/her happy and to ensure that he/she has a positive buying experience. This can lead to future purchases, good reviews and even referrals. As such, you must offer an excellent customer service and be responsive to show your clients that you care about them.

Asking for advice
You are not the first retailer to establish an online shopping business from scratch. As such, you can reach out to others to ask for advice and help. It is always good to have a network that is full of people that you can trust and rely on. Moreover, there are several groups on Facebook that offer recommendations to emerging brands.

Not hiring
While you might want to do everything by yourself, this is not a good idea. You will not be able to do so! This might lead you to feel overwhelmed and burnt out.  As such, you must not be afraid to ask for help. You can hire a part-time employee, outsource some marketing responsibilities to a freelancer or employ someone to do your personal tasks so that you are freer during the day.
