With the pandemic, more and more consumers are becoming used
to the convenience offered by online shopping services. So much so that they
now demand new technologies whenever they make a purchase, whether they are
visiting physical shops or digital ones. To make sure that clients are able to
enjoy a better service, Target has
collaborated with Apple.
According to the supermarket company, both firms will first
launch their project online. After that debut, it will be rolled out to 17
brick-and-mortars. A shop-in-shop
concept will be introduced at some locations. By the end of fall, more stores
will be equipped with this new service. Target advances that thanks to this
partnership, consumers will be able to purchase Apple products and
accessories together in one place. Moreover, they will also have the
opportunity to benefit from the assistance of Target Tech Consultants if they
need help. The employees will have received a special training from Apple to
ensure that they can assist customers in the best way possible.
Speaking about this collaboration, Christina Hennington,
executive vice president and chief growth officer at the supermarket company
said, “Apple
products are popular with Target's guests, and this new, dedicated shopping
experience offers enhanced service and expanded offerings, building on our
strength as a go-to destination for electronics”.
