The automaker Tesla
has just revealed some interesting news. It will start accepting Bitcoins from consumers trying to
purchase a vehicle. This decision comes a month after its CEO Elon Musk caused
an uproar in the market by announcing that its firm bought $1.5 billion in the cryptocurrency
and that it would set aside a flow of the virtual money to support
transactions. According to CNBC, the automaker is going to use internal and
open-source software for this project. Payments will be authorised directly via
bitcoin
nodes.
