Online shoppers’ top priority is convenience

 

When using online buying services, there are several factors determining online shoppers’ choice. According to a new study from a commerce automation platform, 76% of consumers advance that convenience is of top priority for them. Called, “The Effortless Economy: A New Age of Retail”, it sheds light on clients’ behaviour. 78% of them said that they value ease and convenience now more than before the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, 74% advanced that most of their shopping will be done online because the facilities digital services offer.
