The American multinational beauty company Coty has recently announced that it
will be relaunching Kylie Cosmetics. It is also launching direct-to-consumer
websites in the US, the UK, France and Germany. It is going to partner with
select brick-and-mortar retailers to make sure that the brand is easily
accessible across the globe.
How will Kylie
Cosmetics change? Customers are now going to benefit from new and improved
formulas that are described as being “clean and vegan”. Animal oils, parabens,
gluten and more than 1,600 other potentially harmful and irritating ingredients
have been eliminated. Nonetheless, the products will still offer high
performance, high pigment, and long-lasting colour.
The firm is highlighting some key products with these newly
revamped formulas. For instance, there is the Matte Liquid Lipstick that is
described as “long-lasting with a budge-resistant 8-hour wear time”. There is
also a lip liner that is water-proof and that lasts for 24 hours and a Pressed
Blush Powder that is “comfortable to wear and that does not dry out the skin”.
Besides, Coty has also confirmed that Kylie
Cosmetics products will be available for purchase in-store across
the globe at select retail partners such as Harrods and Selfridges in
the UK, Douglas in Europe, and Mecca in Australia. In the US, it will be in
Ulta Beauty stores.
