Morrisons is making a health change to its stores

One of the UK’s ‘big six’ supermarkets, Morrisons, has announced a change to its stores. This will involve more than 600 products. The firm is going to change health labels on these items. This will help customers make better dietary decisions when purchasing their groceries. The supermarket company has advanced that this labelling system is going to be rolled out by the end of 2021. Morrisons took inspiration from the UK’s 2004/05 nutrient profile system, the French Nutriscore system and the Australian Health Star Rating serve for this project.
