Those who have brought items from the Apple Online Store will be pleased to know that the firm has
extended its holiday return policy.
While there were several rumours regarding this, the company
updated its website to make things official. Those who have purchased or will
be buying products between November 15 and December 25, 2019 have till the 8th
of January 2020 to return the items. These dates are applicable for buyers in
the United States and in several other countries. However, there are certain
locations with specific return policies.
For instance, in Spain, customers have till the 20th of January.
Thus, you must be careful to look into the plan.
Additionally, there are some items for which this deal is
not applicable. These are Apple and App Store gift card. Apart from these, most
products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs or Apple TVs, can be sent back.
These can be opened and used before being returned. However, they must be in
their original packaging.
As such, if you have bought an item from Apple during the
holiday period, you might want to keep the receipt to make sure that your
purchase falls between the time frame for the extended holiday return policy.
