operator billing infrastructure, this is no longer the case. This system
allows shoppers to complete settlements via their phone bill. In fact,
in some markets, carrier billing is the only way for some for users to purchase
digital content and services. As such, online
shopping merchants are increasingly relying on this payment
infrastructure.
