Finding Easter eggs was considerably harder this year. Thankfully,
a delivery service was introduced by
a London chocolate shop to help some people.
Having outlets in Soho and Fitzrovia, Said chocolatier implemented a solution which guaranteed that
purchases will be delivered to customers’ house within 24 hours. As such, even
those who ordered on Friday or Saturday were able to receive their chocolate
treats by Easter Sunday. However, this service could be enjoyed only by those
living in London.
Clients had the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of
goodies. These included foil-wrapped eggs at £4 for 25g and sugar-coated
hazelnut and cream-filled mini eggs at £10 for a small box. There were also
cereal cream-filled mini chocolate eggs which were at £10 for a box. Those who
wished for some fancy treats could order showstoppers like the pistachio and
almond-coated eggs. These were at £50 each. They could buy super extravagant
wrapped eggs priced at £84 a pop as well.
As such Easter was a little bit sweeter thanks to Said
Chocolatier. The company started with a flagship store in Rome after
expanding to London, where its shops are famous for their ‘cioccolata densa’.
It also has plans to open an outlet in Dubai.
