John Lewis is also focussing on the security of employees and clients while offering them an enjoyable experience. Besides, the gradual re-opening, the firm has placed greeters at the doors to offer customers guidance on the safety measures in place. There are new protocols for using lifts and escalators, contactless dropboxes for returns and hand sanitiser. There are also “Customer Service Hosts” to help manage queues and the number of clients in stores.
