Based in the US, the fashion retailer Forever 21 has decided to launch an online store in the UK. This is
part of its global e-commerce expansion.
Following the introduction of e-stores in other regions, the
company was able to increase its conversations rates and orders. For instance, a
133% growth has been observed in Australia after the roll out of a localised online shopping website. Thus, the firm
has decided to partner with the cross-border e-commerce solutions provider
Global-e to address the needs of UK and European customers according to local market
conditions and shopping preferences.
This new online store will give clients in the country
access to the latest products from Forever 21. They can purchase items in local
currency, with prices tax and duty inclusive. Moreover, the firm is going to collaborate
with a financial company to offer customers additional payment options. A mobile
app can also be used to complete purchases.
The CEO of Forever
21, Daniel Kulle, advanced, “We are excited to offer our trendy
collections on our Global online site, to our large following of loyal Forever
21 fans in the UK and mainland Europe”. He said that tech-savvy clients expect
a seamless and sophisticated e-shopping experience which the firm is going to
offer.
