A first for the UK and following successful openings in
Milan, Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Shanghai,
Swarovski has launched its Crystal
Studio concept store in London. The outlet is found at Oxford Street and will
offer consumers a “differentiated approach to retail experience”.
According to the Australian jewellery and glass retailer,
this Crystal Studio concept is going
to enhance the in-store experience by giving customers the opportunity to enjoy
a “memorable, highly interactive and socially focused environment”. For
instance, it is equipped with digital window screens and touch points.
These will facilitate the purchase process and will create an inviting and
immersive space.
The heart of the store is the Crystal Bar. There, clients
can spend time discovering new items, exploring product ranges virtually and
curating looks with consultations from Swarovski’s in-store stylists.
The firm’s chief executive Robert Buchbauer advanced that
innovation, creativity and the customer are at the core of this store concept.
He said, “Before we started working on the aesthetics, we focused on
functionality, with the ambition being to meet the digital demands of our
consumers” and at the same time offering them a unique and immersive brand and
shopping experience at Swarovski
when purchasing jewelleries.
