Google Pay is updated with new features

The app Google Pay is being revamped by the tech giant! The firm has decided to transform it into a “personal finance powerhouse” that will allow users to transfer money and complete tasks such as budgeting easily.

As such, it is now going to be simpler to send cash to friends or businesses when purchasing something since it will be equipped with a new group payment feature. Additionally, you can use the application to conduct transactions at popular outlets such as restaurants or gas stations or to redeem money off discounts and other promotional offers. Moreover, details of these operations can be seen only by you and the recipient.

Users will have the opportunity to benefit from several other practical features as well. For instance, those who are used to eating out will be glad to know that they will be able to pay for meals at restaurants and fast-food outlets directly from within Google Pay. The app automatically records your transactions and you can locate these by tapping on the icon’s outlet, which is already stored in your phone. This feature is also extended to receipts that you have stored in Gmail. This option is particularly useful if you need to make expense claims or to oversee your transactions.
