Kent is the
first city outside of London to welcome an Amazon Fresh checkout-free
store. This cashierless shop will be moving into the former Baby Gap building
in Bligh’s Meadow. Retailors have begun renovations so as to improve the format
of the store since no checkout tills will be needed. Moreover, a list of
available jobs was recently published by the American brand looking for “retail
associates” at a Sevenoaks store also ran by the “Just Walk Out”
Technology. Furthermore, the Amazon Physical Retail Technologies, Just Walk
Out, EMEA Lead, Max Gill has declared that this seamless e-commerce brand is enabling the British customers to
“play with space and format” when shopping with them.
