Google has updated its ‘Images’ tab

To enhance user experience, Google has upgraded its ‘Images’ tab. This might seem insignificant but it will leave you wondering why this was not done any sooner. This update is for the desktop version. When you click on a picture in a search page, it will appear in a side panel that stays fixed in place. This allows you to scroll up and down to compare with images. Before this upgrade, when you clicked an image, it would open in the middle of the page result and if you scroll down, it will disappear from the screen. Google has designed this feature with shoppers in mind. This makes the process of online shopping much easier.
